2024 was a year of healing. Deep core level healing. I have been doing healing and clearing for many years now. I know it has helped. I feel better in all areas of my life. But still have more work to do. It seams the layers never end.

As you expand and grow your higher self says, OK now you are ready for more. Stuff that you were not ready to tackle before.

I have done a lot of healing work around Love and feeling like I was unlovable. This stems from my childhood abuse. Not receiving love and hating myself. I didn’t know that this self-hate I had within was so deep inside me. Once I became aware of my self hate I could physically feel it in my body. It was behind my heart chakra, in between it and my spine.

It was time, time for this to be released from me and my body. So I began this healing layer. The relief I felt is immense. I no longer feel the self hate in my body. I feel so happy and free. I am physically healthier and I wake up everyday feeling ecstatic joy!

Frozen in myself

In Self-Hate

Burning a hole

In the core of my soul

A darkness within

In my Heart

How do I Start?

To walk

Walk in the Light

The Light of Healing and Love

Breathe

Breathe through the pain

Take the first step

Take another breath

Step by step

Everything in Check

Bye and Bye

Just another slide

A slide of Light

To cure my blight

Love and Light

Soul and Heart

Merging

Merging into one

Let all be undone

And sent into the Light

Tears, Tears

Flow

Integrate

Becoming One

One with all that is

Me, Love
