The full fee payable for the Group Discover Your Divine Life Purpose program is $3333.00
The Payment plan is:
$611.00 payable at the time of purchase and then 5 payments of $611.00 payable thereafter every 30 days.
The client understands that this is a 6-month Group program and that there are no refunds. Payment must be made in full at the time of enrollment. Approval of the payment plan does not make the program a month-to-month program and payment in full is still required. The payment plan does include finance fees. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
The client understands and agrees that this Agreement is for the Term of 6 months and that the cost of the program is for the entire term of 6 months regardless of whether payment is made in full or financed through monthly payments. The client understands that they are responsible for paying Jai’s Angel Light in full for the 6-Month Group Discover Your Divine Life Purpose program. The Client may lose access to the profram if payments are missed or full payment is not completed by the due date.
Participation in the Facebook Group. The client understands that participation in the Facebook group created for this program is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by Facebook. The client understands that Jai’s Angel Light is in no way affiliated with Facebook or its affiliates and therefore, the Client agrees to hold Jai’s Angel Light harmless from any action or inaction taken by Facebook.
Clients have access to all program materials during the 6 months that they are enrolled in the program. All of the materials are available to be downloaded. It is the client’s responsibility to download all the program materials during the 6-month membership. Once materials are downloaded, they are the clients to keep
Client Responsibilities
Please note that results always vary. Results always depend on your input, participation, and commitment as the client. The client is expected to attend all of the sessions and complete all sessions shared by Jai’s Angel Light. At the beginning and/or during the program. There is no guarantee of results. The client agrees that their use or inability to use Jai’s Angel Light 6-Month Discover Your Divine Life Purpose program is at the client’s sole risk. The content of the 6-Month Group Discover YourDivine Life Purpose program is for informational purposes only. This information is not intended as medical advice and should not be used for medical diagnosis or treatment. Information received is not intended to create any physician-patient relationship, nor should it be considered a replacement for consultation with a regular allopathic physician, nor is it meant to replace any medical treatments as ordered by any other physicians nor any other medical care you have been advised to seek by them. The client understands that although all healing is done with the intention for the highest good, the Client’s healing process is unique and Jai’s Angel Light/Monica Gruendel makes no claims as to healing or recovery from any illness Client may have now, nor the prevention of any illness Client may have in the future and that no guarantee is made towards validity. The client takes full responsibility for the use of any information received during sessions with Jai’s Angel Light/Monica Gruendel.
Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without regard to the conflicts of laws and principles thereof. Jurisdiction for litigation of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, shall be only in a federal or state court having subject matter jurisdiction located in Sarasota County, Florida. Any cause of action brought by Client against Jai’s Angel Light must be instituted within one year after the cause of action arises or be deemed forever waived and barred.
Jai’s Angel Light shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if prevented from doing so by a cause or causes beyond its control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, failure of suppliers to perform, fire, floods, storms, hurricanes, earthquakes, riots, strikes, war, and restraints of government.
Privacy and Copyright
During sessions, Jai’s Angel Light and the client may engage in personal conversations, any information shared during these sessions is confidential. Both parties agree to keep this information confidential. All client information provided to Jai’s Angel Light will also be kept confidential unless permission is given to Jai’s Angel Light to use it as a testimonial.
All materials presented by Jai’s Angel Light in PDF or another digital format cannot be shared with any friends, colleagues, or family members. They are for the sole use of the client enrolled in the Discover Your Divine Life Purpose program . Except for a single copy made for your personal use only, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content or information from the 6-Month Discover Your Divine Life Purpose program in any form or by any means.
